1. Terms of Use (ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ)

TH: ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงและยอมรับว่า Lesla.com เป็นเพียงผู้ให้บริการพื้นที่ทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Platform Service Provider) ตามนิยามของพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม โดยบริษัทมิได้มีส่วนรู้เห็นหรือมีอำนาจในการตรวจสอบกลั่นกรองเนื้อหา (Content) ทั้งหมดที่สมาชิกนำเข้าสู่ระบบในลักษณะ Pre-censorship สมาชิกตกลงเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในทางแพ่งและทางอาญา ต่อข้อความ รูปภาพ ภาพเคลื่อนไหว หรือข้อมูลใดๆ ที่นำเข้าสู่ระบบ หากมีการละเมิดสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ละเมิดต่อความเป็นส่วนตัว หรือหมิ่นประมาทบุคคลที่สาม ตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ มาตรา 420 และมาตรา 423 หรือเป็นความผิดตาม พ.ร.บ. คอมพิวเตอร์ มาตรา 14 และ 16 เว็บไซต์มีมาตรการ "Notice and Takedown" หากได้รับแจ้งว่ามีการกระทำผิดกฎหมาย เว็บไซต์จะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลนั้นออกทันทีเพื่อระงับความเสียหาย และสมาชิกตกลงสละสิทธิ์ในการเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆ จากทางเว็บไซต์ทั้งสิ้น การเข้าใช้งานถือเป็นการยอมรับว่าความสัมพันธ์ทางกฎหมายนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับแห่งกฎหมายไทยและเขตอำนาจศาลไทยเท่านั้น

By accessing Lesla.com, the user acknowledges that the website operates as an "Intermediary Service Provider" under the Computer-Related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and its amendments. The website does not exercise prior editorial control over user-generated content (UGC). Each member holds exclusive legal liability, both civil and criminal, for any text, imagery, or multimedia uploaded. This includes, but is not limited to, infringements of intellectual property rights, violations of privacy, or defamatory statements under Sections 420 and 423 of the Civil and Commercial Code, or offenses under Sections 14 and 16 of the Computer-Related Crime Act. Lesla.com implements a strictly enforced "Notice and Takedown" procedure. Upon notification of allegedly infringing content, the website reserves the right to remove such data immediately to mitigate damages. Users hereby waive any and all rights to claim damages against the website owner for such removals. All interactions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai Courts.
